Leisure CCTV Access Control Brighton
These luxury apartments in Brighton were renovating their communal spaces to provide residents with access to shared work and social space. It consists of a gym, private dining, a resident lounge, meeting rooms, and solo workspaces.
The entrances to these spaces were on pedestrianised streets, with the general public passing by frequently. Therefore the entrances needed to be secured with a security system that only allows access for the right people at the right time. The apartments had an exiting entry system on their flats of which they wanted to use on the social areas. This gave us our first opportunity to work with TLJ systems, who manufacture access control systems in the UK.
The Projects Team installed HIKVISION cameras and recording equipment to provide clear and detailed images of tenants using the services and to manage health and safety risks with the gym and other shared spaces. The security team also had remote links to determine if any unapproved access didn't last long.

Project Description
TLJ access controls were installed to provide the customer with a fluent system that could be used on their existing management platform. Touch-free access was also utilised in this environment to make it even simpler to exit the building.
This multi-use building couldn't operate without a robust network connection, from users scrolling the internet to the gym equipment being online. NETGEAR Access Points installed within each room mean users will never be without a connection. Alongside the data network, each unit was linked to the existing SKY TV system. To supply this, we installed the fibre-optic cable and left the rest up to the SKY engineers.
This may have been our first experience of TLJ Systems and I can safely say it wont be our last!
