Way back in 2015, we were asked by a leading Hotel Management Group to solve their CCTV problems. These were numerous, with Windows-based image capture computers crashing and freezing. Their problems were further complicated by poor-quality images generated by a large selection of different IP camera manufacturers. They had tried without success to remotely manage the systems and provide centralised support services to their Managers.

Digital CCTV built a trial system within one of the hotels. This was able to record from the majority of legacy cameras and to stabilise the recording files from each secure zone. We were also able to work with the IT department to secure the data network and to transmit video upon alarm and demand to the company head office. Today we have stabilised all of the group CCTV systems and provide maintenance services to further enhance the systems as necessary.

Over time, we have maintained a close relationship and continue offering support with system maintenance, progressive upgrades, site requirements, and industry advancements. We always keep our existing customers in the loop with any exciting new releases.
