This city centre office block car park was open to employees only. However, as there wasn't any security in place, anybody could drive in and park for the day. Considering its central location, this had been happening more and more often, meaning that employees were having to pay for on-street parking instead. 

This simple combination of a Barrier, Intercom, and ANPR camera was introduced to allow the free flow of any employee registered within the system while alerting reception to any visitor arrival via the intercom. Due to the CAME barrier's location being detached from the building, a high-strength UBIQUITI Wi-Fi link was installed to send and receive data between the two buildings, which was integral for the operation of the entire system.
