| We offer a 28-day money-back guarantee or replacement policy for all items purchased on our website which are found to be faulty. Goods that are returned within the 28 days but are not faulty will incur an administration charge of 20% of their value.
Please note, we do not cover return postage costs under any circumstances.
All items returned to us for refund must reach us within 28 days of the date of purchase. Items returned for refund outside of this 28 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
As soon as we receive the returned product (within 28 day time period) in the condition that it was sent and with all original packaging, we guarantee to either refund your purchase price in full (minus any applicable admin charges) or supply a replacement.
Warranty is invalidated if any seals on product(s) are broken or the unit(s) are damaged in any way.
We strongly recommended that all items are tested before installation as we will not accept the return of any product that is scratched or marked in any way.
Warranties on electrical products that require professional fitting (such as camera systems ) will be honoured only on proof of professional installation, please retain your installation certificate and documentation.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorization Number, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorization number or copy invoice will not be accepted.
We accept the return of items only if they are unopened, in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
